At Timeless Couture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or return an order. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below for detailed information.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation

Before Dispatch:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at support@timelesscouture.in or call us at +91-8800162170 with your order details.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

After Dispatch:

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you can still return the item following our Return and Exchange Policy once you receive it.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return

  1. Eligibility:
    Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
    The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. Non-returnable Items:
    Custom-made, altered, or personalized sarees cannot be returned.
    Products purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@timelesscouture.in with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with return shipping details.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Please note that we check every article thoroughly before shipping it to the customer. Hence, if the return request is being placed due to a product being damaged/defective, an un-boxing video would be required to initiate the return and claim a refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item as per the return process above and placing a new order for your preferred item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our return policy, we will notify you, and the product will be sent back to you.
No refunds would be issued if the return request is not accompanied with an unboxing video of the article in case of claims of defective/damaged article.

Refund Timelines

Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
UPI and Wallets: Refunds via UPI and wallets are processed within 5-7 business days.

We thoroughly check each product before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@timelesscouture.in with clear images of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
